Urban Green Design Ltd develops all projects to LEED standards regardless of submission for certification while still producing the project design within the stated project budget. Should the project stakeholders decide to submit for LEED certification, LEED coordination and submission of documentation is completed at no added cost and is part of the standard services contract.
