Lakefront Cottage Bath
This project sought to take a cramped and inefficient post WWII era bathroom and redevelop it into a healthy and relaxing environment while considering accessibility and aging in place with every design decision. Sustainable material features include water efficient plumbing fixtures, recycled content materials, LED lighting, energy star rated ventilation, energy star rated window, FSC and CARB certified wood products, low or no-VOC sealants and no-VOC paints.
