Lakefront Cottage Kitchen
The design seeks to take an inefficient post WWII era kitchen and dining area and redevelop them into a healthy and functional environment while considering accessibility and aging in place with every design decision. Sustainable material features include water efficient plumbing fixtures, recycled content glass and ceramic tiles, a recycled content concrete countertop, LED lighting, energy star rated ventilation, energy star rated windows, FSC and CARB certified wood products, low or no-VOC sealants and no-VOC paints.
